Anse d'Est Beach

Anse d'Est is located in a wide bay on the eastern side of North Island. This beach has white, soft sand and large coral beds are located very close to the beach. A granite mountain with a palm forest borders the beach on its southern side. The North Island Lodge on the beach offers all facilities like a swimming pool, restaurant, library and a diving center

t is located in a very wide bay on the eastern side of the island. The beach is 1150 steps long and has white, soft sand. A granite mountain with a huge palm forest borders the beach on the south side. Depending on the season and due to sand drifting the north side is characterised by coral formations.

The North Island Lodge with its library, diving centre, restaurant and swimming pool is situated on this beach.
